This link contains a zip file with two files: SLUS-21214 is NCAA 2006 which includes both FBS and FCS teams, and SLUS-21932 is NCAA 2011 which only includes FBS teams. You can choose either one depending on your preference. The zip file also contains a MAX file for Action Replay MAX Drive, and a PSU file for FreeMcBoot/uLaunchELF.
Extract the zip file to your computer and copy the MAX file (or the PSU file if you use FreeMcBoot/uLaunchELF) to your USB flash drive. Make sure your USB flash drive is formatted to FAT32.
Step 2: Transfer the updated rosters to your PS2 memory card
The next step is to transfer the updated rosters to your PS2 memory card using Action Replay MAX. You will need a copy of Action Replay MAX for PS2, which you can buy online or at some game stores. You will also need a PS2 memory card with enough space to store the updated rosters.
